1/4 cup Water, filtered
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Walnuts (or sliced almonds)
1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions


1. Mix water, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, & chia seeds with yogurt.

 

2. Top with fruit and walnuts.

 

3. Drizzle with honey.
