Blackberry and Kiwi Yogurt Parfait

1/4 cup Water, filtered
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1/3 cup Blackberries
1 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
1/4 cup Granola
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed; or sliced almonds)

Instructions


  1. Mix water, flax, hemp, and chia seeds with the yogurt in a small bowl.
  2. Add half the kiwi and blackberries to the bottom of a mason jar, followed by half of the yogurt mixture, then half of the granola. Repeat this layering pattern with the remaining half of the ingredients.
  3. Top with walnuts and a slice of kiwi to garnish.
