These easy Kodiak Cakes protein balls take just 6 ingredients and 10 minutes to make. Packed full of protein, fiber and healthy fats.

Ingredients


1 Cup (s) Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Cinnamon Oat Flapjack Waffle Mix
1/2 cup (s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Old Fashioned Texas Grown Oats
1 cup Peanut butter, chunky (creamy)
1/2 cup Honey (raw)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
1/4 cup Dairy-free mini chocolate chips (mini)

Instructions


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine the Kodiak Cakes, old fashioned oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Mix by hand or with a mixer. Then fold in the chocolate chips. I like to add a pinch of sea salt too. Add in any other desired mix-in's. Stir until combined.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon and round them into balls and place on the baking sheet. Place pan in the refrigerator or freezer until hard.
  4. Store in a covered container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
