Ingredients


3 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 cup Broccoli florets (cut into small florets)
1 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (seeds removed and sliced into strips)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (seeds removed and sliced into strips)
3 cup Turkey breast (Turkey cooked; cut or shredded into bite-sized pieces))
1 tbsp Avocado oil
2 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions


  1. Cut up garlic, broccoli, bell peppers and turkey. 

  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Once hot add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes. 

  3. Next, add in turkey, coconut aminos, fish sauce and hot sauce. Stir together and continute cooking another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is warmed and the vegetables are starting to soften. 

  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
