Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F/ 200 C.
- Divide broccoli into individual florets, slicing thicker stems. Rinse under cold water. Place in a medium bowl.
- Combine broccoli florets with garlic. Toss in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, until soft. Please check at 20 minutes to see if done. Do not let burn.
- Let cool before serving.
