1 can (14oz) | Lentils, canned (rinse well) |
2 tbsp | Garlic paste |
1/4 cup | Thyme, fresh |
3 tbsp | Chickpea flour |
2 tbsp | Paprika, smoked |
1 tbsp | Salt and pepper |
1. Rinse the canned lentils really well and pre heath the oven at 350.
2. In a food processor or vita mix, blend, lentils, chickpea flour, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and thyme to a chucky "dough".
3. Form little patties by hand and place on a non stay baking tray or on baking paper.
4. Bake for about 20/30 minutes.
5. Serve with a salad and or a dip, enjoy
