Ingredients


2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
1 cup Potato (boiled with skin on)
1/4 tsp Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Miso paste
2 tsp Tahini
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt (optional)

Instructions


  1. Blend all the sauce ingredients to make a thick puree. Add just a little water if needed

Use this sauce as a substitute for Pasta, Alfredo, Caesar or Mayo Substitute
