30 gm | Cheese, calorie reduced (0.5% M.F.) (shredded, DF low fat cheese) |
50 gm | Ham, sliced (or chicken/tofu) |

1.Set oven on grill and 200*.
2. Spread tomato paste on top of wrap.
3. Chop veggies and ham and add.
4. Sprinkle cheese and kale on top
5. Cook in oven until crisp
Swap for Mountain Bread wraps or Sandwich thins to make it lower in calories
