Ingredients


70 gm Wholemeal Wrap (GF)
1 tbsp Tomato paste, organic
50 gm White mushrooms (sliced)
50 gm Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
5 olive(s) Kalamata olives (sliced)
30 gm Cheese, calorie reduced (0.5% M.F.) (shredded, DF low fat cheese)
50 gm Ham, sliced (or chicken/tofu)
10 gm Kale (1 handful, chopped up)

Instructions


1.Set oven on grill and 200*. 

2. Spread tomato paste on top of wrap. 

3. Chop veggies and ham and add. 

4. Sprinkle cheese and kale on top

5. Cook in oven until crisp


Notes:

Swap for Mountain Bread wraps or Sandwich thins to make it lower in calories

Other toppings: prosciutto, onion, pumpkin, chicken, feta, spinach, sundried tomatoes
