These quick and easy air fryer nachos are healthier than traditional nachos and perfect for snacking. Gluten-free and with a dairy-free/vegan option too!
Salsa, ready-to-serve

Instructions
Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper, rolling up the sides slightly.
Add one layer of tortilla chips, trying not to overlap the chips too much and top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the process to make three layers of chips and cheese.
Cook in the air fryer for 5-10 minutes at 350F until cheese melts, checking in after 5 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket when the cooking time is done and carefully transfer it to a plate using the parchment paper to transfer the nachos.
Sprinkle with the toppings and serve with salsa and guacamole. Alternatively, you can layer the toppings (not including the cilantro) with the cheese prior to cooking nachos in the air fryer.
