Ingredients


1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (Use other milk if you prefer- cow's milk)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or 2 tbsp hemp seeds or other unsweetened protein powder)
2 tsp Swerve Sweetener, confectioners (to taste, can sub stevia or monkfruit)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients except Swerve with 3-4 ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Taste and add Swerve if desired.

For other family members: add banana for more sweetness if desired.

If you're feeling adventurous...add a handful of fresh baby spinach. It will change the colour but not the flavour.

Swerve is a no calorie sweetener made from erythritol but you can also use stevia or monkfruit sweetener. 

Use unsweetened, unflavoured protein powder.
