1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk, sweetened
1/2 cup whole Strawberries (fresh)
1 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream, 38% M.F.
2 cube(s) Ice cubes

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Using canned coconut milk (drain off the liquid) makes a creamier, more satisfying smoothie.
  2. Add lime juice to taste.
