1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, garlic-infused
4 medium slice Bacon (diced)
1 bunch Swiss chard (stems removed and leaves shredded)
Red pepper flakes (a pinch)

Instructions


  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until brown and crispy.
  2. Stir in Swiss chard and red pepper flakes. Cook until Swiss chard is bright green and just wilted. Serve warm.
