Ingredients


341 gm Greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free (plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt works great))
1/4 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Peanuts
1/4 cup Walnuts

Instructions


  1. Layer 1/4 - 1/3 cup of mixed berries in the bottom of each cup. 
  2. Next, spoon about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of yogurt on top of the berries.  
  3. Continue layering until the cup is as full as you would like (with yogurt being the top layer).
  4. Place in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
