1 tsp Honey (Manuka )
1 piece, 1/2-inch Ginger root (peeled and sliced)
1/2 fruit Lime (squeezed)
1 cup Water (boiled)

Instructions


 

  1. Smash ginger slices to release flavor. Add to a teacup.
  2. Add the Manuka honey to the teacup and pour in hot boiling water. Let it steep for 2 minutes.
  3. Squeeze in juice from lime.
  4. Enjoy.
