1 tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |
1 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw |

454 gm | Beef, flank, lean (sliced into strips) |
1. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
2. Add the steak to the bowl, cover, place in the fridge and marinate the steak for about an hour.
3. Remove steak from the marinade and add to a heated pan.
4. Pan fry for about 4 mins per side or until steak is only slightly pink inside.
