1. In a small pot, bring the soy milk (or water or other plant-based milk) to a boil. Add the oats, matcha powder, salt, chia-seeds, flax seeds and any other nuts or spices of your choice into the pot. Heat until oats are cooked, about 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in one scoop of vegan protein powder until mixed. Top with vegan chocolate chips.
Can substitute soy milk for almond milk, cashew milk, rice milk, or water.
