1 1/2 cup Pasta, whole wheat, cooked (any shape)
1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained)
1 can (13.5 oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (drained)
1 cup Frozen green peas
1/3 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Marinara sauce, low sodium
1 dash Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano, dried

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then pour into a medium casserole dish.
  3. Place casserole dish in the oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 – 35 minutes, until golden brown and heated through.
