Ingredients


1/4 cup Chickpeas, canned, low sodium (rinsed)
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)
1/4 cup Tomato (diced)
1 tbsp Olives (diced)
1 tbsp Feta cheese (crumbled)
1 tbsp Parsley, dried (chopped fresh)
1/2 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (extra-virgin)
1 tsp Red wine vinegar
86 gm Turkey breast (grilled; tenderloin or chicken breast)
1 cup Red grape
1 small pita Pita bread, whole-wheat
2 tbsp Hummus

Instructions


  1. Toss chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, parsley, oil and vinegar together in a medium bowl. Pack in a medium-sized container.
  2. Place turkey (or chicken) in a medium container.
  3. Pack grapes and pita in small containers and hummus in a dip-size container.
