3 cup | Lettuce, romaine |
1 cup | Sweet yellow corn |
1/2 cup | Black beans, canned (drained and rinsed) |
1/2 cup sliced | Tomato |
2 tbsp shredded | Cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | Tortilla chips, plain, white corn, salted (crumbled) |
6 sprig | Cilantro (coriander) |
1. Divide the ingredients into half for two separate salad jars.
2. Place the following ingredients into the jar starting with lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, chips and cilantro.
3. Put the lid on and store in refrigerator until ready to eat. Top with your favorite dressing and season with salt and pepper.
For Dairy Free- omit the cheese
