Millet flour makes an excellent option to make a soft pliable roti
Ingredients
3/4 cup
Millet, dry
2 cup
Water
1/2 cup
Buckwheat
Instructions
Bring water to boil and carefully and slowly whisk in the flour using the whisk. Once the flour is mixed in, cover and set it aside for 30 - 40 minutes. Grease the palm and knead the dough together into a large softball.
Pull small lemon size dough and make roti. Roast on a griddle on both sides or on a flame.
