1/2 cup | Cilantro (coriander) (chopped) |
2 pepper(s) | Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (deseeded) |

4 small pita | Pita bread, whole-wheat |
2 tsp | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
3/4 cup | Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. |
2 tbsp | Mint, fresh (chopped) |

1/2 cucumber(s) | Cucumber (sliced) |
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, spices, cilantro, chillies, garlic and onion.
2. Mix it well with your hand and form flat patties and fry them in a few drops of olive oil on a non stick pan on medium-high heat, flipping once, until cooked thoroughly.
3. Meanwhile whip together the Greek yogurt, mint and some salt.
4. Warm the pita bread slightly on the naked flame of the gas and then slice it open, place the lettuce right at the bottom, then place the burger and top it up with some yogurt and a few slices of the cucumber.
