794 gm Ground turkey, extra lean
1/2 cup Cassava flour
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (divided)
1 3/4 tbsp Oregano, dried (divided)
5 1/4 cup Tomato sauce, canned (Prego Sensitive Recipe Spaghetti Sauce)
1 3/4 tsp Sea Salt (divided)
1 3/4 tsp Black pepper (divided)
199 gm Barilla Chickpea Pasta

Instructions


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the extra lean ground turkey, flour, half of the olive oil, and the oregano. Mix well. Use your clean hands to roll the turkey mixture into small meatballs, about the size of golf balls. 
  2. Sauté meatballs with the remaining olive oil until cooked completely and add the sauce. Simmer until warm. 
  3. Cook the Miracle noodles as directed.
  4. Top the noodles with the sauce and meatballs and Enjoy!
