3/4 cup | Oats, large flakes, dry |
1 3/4 cup | Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F. |
1 tbsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1/4 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 pinch | Sea Salt |
1/3 cup slices | Strawberries |
1/3 cup | Blueberries |
1/4 tsp | Lemon peel (zest) |
In a Mason jar or bowl, add oats, Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, vanilla extract and sea salt. Stir to combine.
Stir in ¼ cup strawberries and ¼ cup blueberries. Top with remaining strawberries, blueberries and lemon zest.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Tip: Thin with unsweetened almond milk if desired
