Ingredients
1/4 whole melon
|
Watermelon
|
1/4 medium melon
|
Honeydew melon
|
2 fruit

Lime
|
1 l

Seltzer water

Ice cubes

Instructions
- Remove large, black seeds from the watermelon.
- Cut four triangles of watermelon for garnish and set aside.
- Using a melon baller, scoop out the remaining watermelon from the rind. Place in a punch bowl or a jug.
- Remove seeds with a spoon from the honeydew melon.
- Using a melon baller, scoop out melon balls and add to bowl with watermelon.
- Rinse lime with hot water and pat dry. Using a heavy-duty vegetable peeler, remove the peel in thin spirals. Set aside as a garnish.
- Juice both limes and add to the jug or punch bowl.
- Top with seltzer water and add ice cubes.
- Garnish each drink with reserved lime zest spirals and melon triangles.
Notes:
- Add a couple of drops of sugar-free sweetener, to taste, if needed.
- Other optional garnishes or additions include mint leaves and cucumber slices!
