1/4 cup chopped Red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped Carrots
1/4 cup chopped Yellow onion
1/2 tsp Mediterranean herb seasoning

Instructions


Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

Combine asparagus, pepper, carrots, onions and seasoning.

Cook vegetables in a skillet, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
