Angie's Mocha Pudding

Ingredients


1 tbsp Watermelon Seed Butter (alternatively use 1.5 cups watermelon seed mylk (homemade- 1 cup seeds to 3 cups water))
1 1/2 cup Water, filtered (Only if using watermelon seed butter or seeds)
1 tbsp colostrum powder (immune tree brand)
2 tbsp Collagen peptides
2 tbsp Cacao paste
2 tbsp Cacao butter
1 1/2 tbsp Dandy Blend, caffeine-free, gluten free coffee
2 date pitted Medjool date
1 gm Chaga extract powder

Instructions


Soak dates in water for at least 20 minutes. Strain.

Add all ingredients including dates into blender and blend until smooth.

Store in mason jar in fridge overnight and enjoy in morning.

Notes:

For a breakfast pudding, decrease dates or leave out all together and replace with a small amount of stevia or monk fruit sweetener. Increase protein by adding more collagen or by adding nuts, seeds and or nut or seed butters.
