4 tbsp Dijon mustard, whole grain
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional, may substitute for favorite oil)
2 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
1/2 tsp Sage, ground
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions


Make vinaigrette by whisking the mustard with all other ingredients until a creamy and homogenized consistency is achieved. Mix in the herbs.
