Ingredients


908 gm Beef, ground, lean (Grass-fed or organic; or ground turkey, or chicken)
2 large Egg
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium
1 tsp Cumin

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 320F
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use your hands to mix well.
3. Using a 1/4 cup scoop, scoop meat out and roll into balls using your hands.
4. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Option to use turkey or chicken instead of beef

Storage:
The extras can be frozen and reheated when needed!

Serving options:
with zucchini noodles and marinara sauce OR whole grain pasta and marinara sauce (gluten-free or regular)
