Ingredients


908 gm Beef, ground, lean (Grass-fed or organic)
2 large Egg
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (available at Marty's, Organic Times or amazon.ca)
1 tsp Cumin

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 320.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use your hands to mix well. Using a 1/4 cup scoop, scoop meat out and roll into balls using your hands. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

 

The extras can be frozen and reheated when needed!
