Ingredients

(or vegan yogurt)

Flaxseed oil
1 tsp
Ginseng powder
1 dash
Himalayan sea salt
2 tbsp
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 cup
Baby spinach
1/2 medium
Frozen banana
3/4 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
1 dash
Turmeric, ground
1/2 avocado(s)
Avocado
(Peeled & pitted)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
