1/4 cup | Sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice) |
2/3 cup | Brown sugar (or sweetener of choice) |
2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1/3 cup | Dark chocolate chips |
2 tbsp | Oats, dry (as needed to thicken) |
1/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (or less, only as needed) |
1 dash | Kosher salt |
Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a good food processor, and process until very smooth. Then mix in the chocolate chips. If made correctly and blended long enough, this should have the exact texture of real cookie dough! Add almond milk and oats as needed to achieve desired consistency.
