Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained (rinsed well)
1/4 cup Sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice)
2/3 cup Brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp Oats, dry (as needed to thicken)
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or less, only as needed)
1 dash Kosher salt

Instructions


Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a good food processor, and process until very smooth. Then mix in the chocolate chips. If made correctly and blended long enough, this should have the exact texture of real cookie dough! Add almond milk and oats as needed to achieve desired consistency.

Notes:

  • No Sunflower Seed Butter

    Use peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter.
  • Leftovers

    Store in an air-tight container up to 4 days in the fridge.
