In a coffee grinder, grind the coconut, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon.
Transfer to a bowl and cover with water. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Add stevia, coconut milk, and blueberries and stir well.
