1 1/2 cup | Flaxseed meal (ground) (you can grind your own in a blender) |
1/2 cup | Sesame seeds (ground- just grind whole seeds in your blender) |
1 tbsp | Baking powder |
3/4 tsp | Salt |
5 large | Egg (room temp) |
1/2 cup | Water (room temp) |
1/3 cup | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
Seeds go rancid when ground, after exposure to air and light. To ensure freshness, simply grind whole flax seeds and sesame seeds in your blender or Magic Bullet. They don't need to be finely ground at all. If you have any leftover, store them in the fridge or freezer.
The picture above is french toast made with the bread (eggs, milk, vanilla). Delicious!

This is excellent! I would cut back a bit on the salt. For a makeover, I would use sweetener instead of salt and eat it with a bit of cream cheese. 🤗👍
