3 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray
1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly coat baking sheet with spray and set aside.

Combine oats, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl, mix well.

Add applesauce, chocolate chips and pecans, mix well.

Drop by heaping Tbsp onto prepared baking sheet for form 16 cookies, flatten with a spatula.

Bake for 14-16 minutes or until firm.
