1/4 cup Quick oats
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla (I use Genuine Health vegan protein)
3/4 cup Water (boiled. Add more if need be)
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


Add cinnamon, protein powder and oats together. Top with boiling water, stir let sit for a few minutes to thicken up. Top with your choice of fruit and or raw nuts and enjoy.
