1 scoop | Fermented protein powder, vanilla (I use Genuine Health vegan protein) |
3/4 cup | Water (boiled. Add more if need be) |
1/4 cup | Blueberries |
2 tsp | Cinnamon |
Add cinnamon, protein powder and oats together. Top with boiling water, stir let sit for a few minutes to thicken up. Top with your choice of fruit and or raw nuts and enjoy.
