2 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |
3 sheet | Seaweed, nori (sliced) |
Heat a large pan on medium heat with water
Once hot add the vegetables. Add a splash of water and cover the pan with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes
Remove lid, stir, then add in tamari and seaweed slices. Cool for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn off heat and serve
