2 tbsp | Butter, grass fed, unsalted (can sub with coconut oil to keep vegan) |
454 gm | Okra (halved) |
1 package (227g) | Cremini (Italian) mushroom (sliced) |
227 gm | Oyster mushroom |
2 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |
3 sheet | Seaweed, nori (sliced) |
Heat a large pan on medium heat with butter
Once hot and butter is melted, add the vegetables. Add a splash of water and cover the pan with a lid and let simmer for 5 minutes
Remove lid, stir, then add in tamari and seaweed slices. Coo for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Turn off heat and serve
