Refreshing and creamy this smoothie reminds us of a dreamsicle!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
(or plant milk of choice)
1 tbsp
Chia seeds
1 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp
Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup
Baby spinach
(fresh or frozen)
1 medium
Orange
(fresh or frozen)
1 large
Frozen banana
Instructions
Peel fruit, wash spinach (if fresh). Add ingredients to blender in order listed and blend until smooth! If your fruit isn't frozen you can add 1/3 cup ice to make the smoothie cold.
