Orange & Walnut Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients


125 gm Dark chocolate (85% cocoa)
1/4 cup Coconut oil (extra virgin)
1 tsp Cinnamon (tsp)
12 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (optional; or other healthy low-carb sweetener from this list)
1 tbsp Orange peel (zest) (fresh or natural orange extract PG-free)
1/4 dropperful (28 drops) Ginseng extract (*optional)
1 1/3 cup Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add coconut oil and cinnamon. Sweeten with stevia if you desire and mix well.
  2. Add fresh orange peel and optional ginseng extract. 
  3. Add roughly chopped walnuts and mix in well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small paper muffin or candy cups.
  5. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours or until solid. Store them at room temperature.
