1/3 cup Quinoa flakes, organic
1/3 cup Water (Or use milk to make oatmeal creamier)
1/2 medium Banana (s) (mashed)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth (or use any butter of your choice)

Instructions


In a bowl mix quinoa flakes, water, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey and vanilla.

Leave to refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, add your blueberry and peanut butter toppings. Enjoy!
