1/2 tsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
2/3 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
2/3 cup | Frozen raspberries, unsweetened (or fresh) |
1 scoop | fermented vegan proteins+ (vanilla), Genuine Health (any flavor) |
1. Combine the cocoa powder, rolled oats, flaxseed meal, and protein powder dry in a glass mason jar.
2. Add in almond milk.
3. Mix ingredients together gently until evenly incorporated.
4. Leave in the fridge overnight and in the morning remove from fridge and top with raspberries or any other berry or fruit of choice.
Oats - contain soluble fiber which may help to prevent spikes in blood glucose by delaying the absorption of glucose in the blood
