Ingredients


1/4 cup Steel cut oats, dry
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1 tsp Chia seeds
1/3 cup Plain yogurt, 2% M.F.
1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (use almond or cashew milk for a vegetarian/vegan option)

Instructions


1. Pour all ingredients into a mason jar.

2. Put on lid and shake.

3. Refrigerate overnight or up to a few days.

Enjoy!

Notes:

For Non-Dairy - use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow's milk and use coconut yogurt instead of plain yogurt
