1. Remove the seeds and peel and slice the papaya.
2. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit, then scoop out avocado and dice.
3. Arrange sliced papaya and cubed avocado on a plate.
4. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
5. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with basil leaves.
To make a heartier salad for lunch or dinner, you can add romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onion and/or chopped green onions to it.
