1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or low-fat chream cheese)
1 large Peach (halved)
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (See Instructions)

Instructions


Preheat oven to 475°F.

Arrange peaches cut side-up in a baking dish, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except peaches.

Fill roasted peach halves with cheese mixture, and enjoy.
