2 cup | Peach (I used cooked but fresh is fine) |
1 cup | Sunflower seeds |
1 cup | Almonds, raw (Can be slivers) |
Tip everything into a container. If you want it to look pretty, a mason jar is very cute. A tupperware box is just fine too.
You want the liquid to be over the oats as they’ll absorb lots of liquid.
Mix and put in the fridge over night.
(You an either add the nuts and seeds the night before for a "crunchy" nut. Or just before you eat if you want a drier texture. Either is fine.)
