A Low FODMAP, GF, vegan, healthy oatmeal recipe with peanut butter and banana.
Ingredients
1/3 cup
Quick oats
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
(optional)
1/3 medium
Banana (s)
(sliced)
1 tsp packed
Brown sugar
(optional)
1 tbsp
Peanut butter, natural
Instructions
Pour the oats into a large bowl with 2/3 cups of water and stir then cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes, stirring halfway. Watch carefully to avoid the oats boiling over the side of the bowl.
Remove the oats from the microwave and mix in the cinnamon (optional).
Top with banana slices, brown sugar, and peanut butter.
