3/4 cup Gluten free flour
1/3 tsp Baking soda
3/4 cup Cane sugar
2 large Egg
3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
3/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
3 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
4 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
4 tbsp Rolled oats, dry

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and sugar. Then stir in the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread into an even layer. Drop the peanut butter in dollops across the top, then sprinkle the chocolate chips and oats across the top. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown and cooked through. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
