Chia seeds are high in soluble fiber. The protein and fat in peanut butter keeps you fueled. Cacao powder instead of cocoa powder provides iron and magnesium.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup
Coconut milk, sweetened
(or any dairy-free milk you prefer; for pudding)
1/4 cup
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Peanut butter, natural
(or almond butter)
2 tbsp
Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp
Maple syrup, pure
(more or less to taste)
Instructions
In the morning you can divide it into 2 bowls.
Top with berries of choice, some cacao nibs and any other toppings that you like!
