Ingredients


1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (plain, full fat Greek)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (creamy)
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash Cinnamon
1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips (mini)
1/2 cup diced Pineapple (for dipping (150g fruit of choice))

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix well to combine.
  2. Mix in chocolate chips, reserving some to add to the top of the dip.
  3. Serve with the fruit of your choice. I recommend berries, apples, melon and pineapples.
