2 slice Whole wheat bread
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (Natural Peanut butter options (watch for added sugar, or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils))
2 tbsp Strawberry jam (Or try fresh fruit like sliced strawberries or bananas)

Instructions


1. Prepare 2 slices of whole wheat bread (plain or toasted).

2. Spread Jelly or place sliced fruits on one slice of bread.

3. Spread peanut butter on the other slice of bread.

4. Combine to make a quick and delicious sandwich!
